I run technology programs for a national 3PL and build the tools that keep them running after go-live. I directed an 85-site warehouse management system rollout from planning through hypercare. Inventory accuracy went up 18 percent, payroll errors fell 22 percent, and support tickets after go-live dropped 40 percent. I manage a $1B+ asset portfolio and renegotiated vendor contracts that save $2.5M a year. I also lead our internal AI Playbook program for salaried employees, which covers use-case runbooks, governance policy, role-based training, and how we measure whether any of it worked.
Outside the program office I ship small working systems. A secure requirements-intake app that the logistics engineering team uses instead of a static dashboard. A Jira command center with status columns and a dependency Gantt across the top. A training catalog for warehouse supervisors, assembled from nine sources into one spreadsheet. At home I run scheduled pipelines on my own Mac that do the work and then hold it for review before anything goes out. I keep track of what each one costs per run, because that number decides whether anyone keeps using it.
A weekly animated-episode factory that runs on a scheduler on my Mac. One run writes the script, generates the scene frames, adds voice and animation, and builds the thumbnail. The finished episode sits and waits for me to approve it before it uploads to YouTube, and every run is measured against a per-episode cost budget.
A small web app for the logistics engineering team at work, built on Google Apps Script. People sign in with their clock number, fill in a structured intake form, and each submission lands in a Google Sheet the engineering team works from. It replaced a static dashboard that nobody outside the team could update.
A scheduled job that scans Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, and LinkedIn for what people in my field are arguing about, then drafts a post with Claude. The draft goes into a queue and waits twelve hours, which is my window to kill it or rewrite it. If I do nothing, it publishes.
A local options and index strategy app with a daily research loop that ends in a morning briefing I read over coffee. It gathers data, scores what it finds, and writes up what changed. It never places a trade, and I built it that way on purpose.
